When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime.
How much notice needs to be given when I move out?
We require a 15 day written notice before you move out. Our staff will go over that process at the time of signing.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
All you need is a government issued form of ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month to month basis.
Does someone have to be in the office to let me through the access gates?
No. You will receive your own personal access code which will allow entrance to all gates and doors 24/7.
How do I make a payment?
You can either pay in person, through the mail or on our website. You may also sign up to have the payment automatically deducted from your credit card monthly.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
We do not sell boxes or storage supplies at our facility.
Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces? Or do I need an appointment?
We’d love to have you stop by! Stop by anytime Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Call for an appointment Saturday or Sunday.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
We encourage tenants to bring their own disc style locks at time of move-in; however we also have locks available for purchase on the property.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.
Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
