Our Facility

We’ve taken great care to create a new concept in climate-controlled storage. Our state-of-the-art building is far more than a plain metal building- it has been thoughtfully designed and constructed with advanced foam-core and concrete construction. Designed by our owner and Graduate Architectural Engineer, and built by Euro-Tex (our own design-build company), this advanced construction technique adds strength and efficiency to our storage facility.

At ClimaStorage, you are not simplying renting a metal box... rather part of a fully designed system that includes digital CCTV cameras, concrete walls, three layers of access control, scheduled professional pest control and much more. We have sizes ranging from 5x5‘ to 10x30’, so you can select the right size for your needs. To make storing even easier, our premium large storage units offer convenient outside access.

Our digital climate control system maintains a stable climate in all of our units, including both temperature AND humidity. Our units are clean and well-lit for your safety and convenience.

Loading Dock & Other Amenities

Beyond our advanced construction, we have built in amenities to assist you while on the property. Our loading dock has three distinct heights, allowing you to easily unload almost any kind of vehicle with a minimum of effort . Whether you are unloading a trailer, personal vehicle, or moving van, our loading area saves your time... and maybe your back. In addition, our lobby offers a comforatble place to meet or relax while you are coordinating your plans.
